Got the Birthday Party Planning Jitters

Relax and leave it to us, by registering for one of our Birthday Party packages!

 

We take care of:

Space:	All parties are held in room 110 and the kitchen. Room 110 will be where all the party activities will take place, as well as the kitchen being for serving, storing, and reheating your food. *We recommend ordering food that is ready to eat as this provides the easiest and least work with parties
Staff:	We provide 2 staff to setup, cleanup, and facilitate the activities we offer.
Crafts:	Each child can make their own paper crown or create whatever they want to with our supplies.
Toys:	Each party has the choice of Ride on Cars (plasma bikes and little tyke cars) or soft foam toys and mats for younger children.

       

Birthday Party Packages & Prices:

Children under the age of 2 are not included in the number of children attending. (still included in total capacity)

Booking is required at least 2 weeks in advance.

When purchasing a birthday with all packages you will be provided with a $15 discount totaling your party to $355

To Reserve:

Come into the community centre or register online.

Contracts can be filled out in person or through DocuSign. Contracts will be sent through our birthday party supervisor as registration occurs.

Additional Details:

Outside Entertainment is not permitted

Helium Balloons require proper weight setup. Helium balloons not mounted to the floor will need to be removed. (charges may apply for balloons not mounted)

Piñatas are allowed although they are not the responsibility of our staff.

All tables must be covered, we do not provide tablecloths.

A minimum of 14 days advance booking is required to allow adequate time to schedule staff.

There may be a $60 surcharge if you do not adhere to the details of the contract.

Refund Policy:

If more than 3 weeks notice is given prior to the party date a $25 administration fee will be deducted.

If less than 3 weeks but more than 1 week notice is given prior to the party date a $50 administration fee will be deducted.

If less than 1 week notice is given prior to the party date no refunds will be provided.

Modification Policy:

All modifications to birthday parties (Purchasing Add Ons) will have to be done no later than 2 weeks from your party date.               

All requests made after 2 weeks from your party date will not be accommodated.
